Child N & O - Child Safeguarding Practice Review

Children N and O is a joint review carried out in conjunction with MK Together, the safeguarding partnership for Milton Keynes.

It explores multiple themes relating to the involvement of professional agencies in the period leading up to the murder, in November 2020, of teenager Child N in the city, carried out by teenager Child O.

The report also examines the interaction with Child O, who was in the care of the former Northamptonshire County Council at the time and is now serving a life sentence.
